US, UK, Canadian, Australian, and most Western passport holders can enter the Schengen Area visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. However, if you plan to stay longer, work, or study, you'll need to apply for the appropriate visa. Starting 2026, visa-exempt travelers must obtain ETIAS authorization before travel.

Book your appointment online well in advance, especially during peak travel seasons between May and September.
